We now operate in 2 state-of-the-art facilities with 500 machines, 12 production lines and a production capacity of 2,00,000 pcs per month. The company's facilities are supported by inhouse computerized buttoning unit, Texma ERP software for managing end to end production efficiently, along with a modern laundry unit. We manufacture garments for some of the world’s biggest brands by sourcing the high-quality fabrics from the best mills across India. SEBI's in-house design team ensure seamless integration of our customers’ needs from concept to final product.

We have state-of-the-art washing and dry cleaning machines to back the huge production capacity. The washing division is well equipped and capable of variety of washes such as softener wash, enzyme wash and CPL process. The plant is also installed with PERC dry cleaning machine to provide stain free garments. We can execute wash developments from basic denims to innovative fabrics.

Fabric Cutting is the first stage in the actual manufacturing of the garments. Cutting demands a fair amount of precision. SBEI has a well equipped facility for the cutting of fabrics and an experienced cutting team managed by patterns makers. They make patterns as per the exact specifications of the garment using CAD system (Rich peace).

The sewing division is well equipped with computerized ubt single needle stitching machines of international standards. We are fully capable to carry out the sewing process with precision. The sewing division is equipped with high-tech machines of RF Technology.

SBEI has an in-house computerized buttoning unit with the latest machinery from JUKI. From Button holes to frames, 100% of our buttoning needs are fulfilled in-house.

Our Finishing division infrastructure is equipped with latest machinery along with trained personnel to provide perfectly finished products. The finishing process comprises variety of activities such as checking for protruding threads, stains, lining, borders, print, buttons and seam position. Our flawless products are the result of the extensive finishing mechanism of our garment factory .

We pay special attention to the packing of each garment. After final inspection, each garment goes through a needle detector test. Once it’s cleared, the garment goes for packing and finally to client.
